Vendor Registration

Thank you considering becoming a vendor for the Junior C.E.O Conference. We are excited to showcase your business to the community and conference patrons. We have a strong presence in the community to create buzz and awareness about the event, our priority is your success. Upon registration we will provide you the tools to promote and prepare for the event.

  1. Booths include a and two chairs.

  2. You are responsible for your own tablecloth.

  3. Vendor spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis and all sales are final.

  4. Set up time starts at 8am the morning of the conference and must be completed by 9:30am. Any vendor arriving after 9:30am will not be allowed to set up. No exceptions unless prior arrangements were made with the conference team!

  5. Vendors will be responsible for moving their items from their vehicles to inside the center.

  6. There can be no banners or posters attached to the walls of the venue. However, you are welcome to bring in a vertical banner or table banner, but it must be kept inside of your space and not impede the walk areas or another vendor’s space.

  7. Businesses are limited to two spaces per vendor and must pay the full cost of the additional space.

  8. Vendor registration fee includes entry to the event, a welcome bag, access to all workshops and lunch.

  9. Vendors are allowed to bring in additional people to assist them, however they must register for the event.

  10. Break down will begin at 2pm when the conference is over. No vendor will be allowed to begin moving out until the conference ends.

  11. We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone whose business or service is not in alignment with the conference mission, vision and objectives.
