Kalamazoo Junior CEO Business Fair and Conference

Designed to be a cutting-edge expo to develop young entrepreneurs and inspiring entrepreneurs as they endeavor on their journey to become thriving business owners,  Junior C.E.O. Business Fair and Conference is the extension of Brown Boy Brown Girl (BBBG), LLC. Teresa L. Baker, who founded BBBG, mother of three children started the company with the hope that her children, learning business and finance through experience, will employ those portable skills throughout their lives. The Junior C.E.O. Business Fair and Conference, by enriching financial and business literacy, similarly outreaches to an entire generation of boys and girls with dreams of becoming entrepreneurs.

Children who attend Junior C.E.O. Business Fair and Conference have the opportunity to participate in an actual competitive marketplace experience; Hear from successful local young entrepreneurs; and attend business building workshops on financing, banking, and business ethics. Junior C.E.O. Business Fair and Conference provides an opportunity for peer networking, and essential skill set for successful entrepreneurial ventures. 

Through our business-building workshops and marketplace, Junior CEO particpants will leave the conference feeling empowered and with a business savvy acumen positioning them to become sucessfull business owners in their communties. 

This conference is for any child who is between the ages of 8-17 years old. 

Focused on arming conference partipants with the tools to run successful, viable business, and to garner parent involvement: parent workshops are available for parents to take while their Junior CEO are attending their educational workshops.
